Like how does that fucking work? Does that actually work anywhere? What is the kind of thought process behind this?
Cause like, nobody's going to be working next week then. And even though they're wanting me to handle the shift solo (I've proven unfortunately before because we had a covid scare and I was the only one allowed to go in since I was vaxxed/boosted while others were either not vaxxed or covid +) I'm not going to do it cause I feel like that's encouraging really bad behavior
