Hey all,
I'm (19m) working my first proper job, for a small security company in north London (mainly installing CCTV, Alarms intercoms etc). We have around 10 employees, ten including the engineers on the road. I work 1pm till 6pm.
Ive been there a year now and know the company/industry relatively well. I have a large share of running the place, and carrying out roles. Emails, customer service, accounting and bookings. Yup, all rolled in one.
The company is kinda struggling to make a solid profit, the turnover aint great.
Im a bit naive when it comes to work as I'm new, is £10/hour fair?
