12 YEARS unemployed now employed, but I really need help understanding the benefits enrollment stuff!

Like hsa I think they offer me to contribute but I don't even understand what this is really! Also can someone advise the addition life insurance and is child like if my child dies insurance? So confused. Hope yall are doing OK this Monday!!
