15 years down the drain

I worked at my job 15 going on 16 years, I've felt like I put so much in but got nothing out of it. It was a low wage job also that owners didn't want give out raises but would get the don't live beyond your means line. I was the only one in my department too. I live in New Jersey and if it wasn't for minimum wage going up to 15 an hour I doubt I would of gotten any kind of raise the last few years. The one guy who ran the place stepped down and someone was put into that spot. She bumped me up to 15 an hour and mentioned about getting me up to 18. Not even months later they shut operations down and up moved everything to a different state. Now I am trying to figure out what's next… I just feel like…

Now I am trying to figure out what's next… I just feel like all the talk about loyalty and yet here I am, nothing in return accepted a little bit of severance pay that I think should be more they are offering.
