I’m currently doing training for Verizon. They are amazing they have endless benefits and actually treat you like family. So if you hate your job go for a Verizon home job. The hiring process is a bit rigorous but once they decide they want you it’s hard to be let go!!! *better moral= better work ethic as a company ** I don’t think you guys understand how it feels to know that as a young black woman I have the opportunity to move up and be respected in a company that cares. Almost everyone I went through in the hiring process was a person of color. A lot of companies are racists and don’t care about mothers or poc’s Verizon respects it’s employees regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or pregnancy. Just wanted to share a memory from my childhood. 5th grade was my last memorable school year before I completely checked out of school as a whole. Here's a short list of the long list of bad memories followed by the main topic. -Father assured me he will not always be around so I will need to have my own plan. -My teacher absolutely bullied the shit out of me for being a depressed kid. -And I had some realizations that my friends weren't actually my friends but I was someone they could laugh at. Hello Everyone, I'm looking for some advice. I have worked in an animal practice for 7 years. Never once had an issue. Recently I have been having some health issues (depression, anxiety, and I found out recently I'm infertile, which had a huge impact on me, since I really wanted kids) and have also gone back to college. I am taking evening classes as to ensure that I can still work full time and even ran the schedule past my boss before starting the classes. Was told that wasn't a problem. Well recently I have been struggling with some depression and anxiety. Have been late to work a couple of times and other times have forgotten to punch in and punched in and just not cared to fix my time sheet.
