Any advice would help

Hey guys, long time reader first time poster. This Friday is my last day at my job. The company I am leaving is honestly one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They provide next to no benefits, only health insurance nothing more. No PTO, no holidays off, no 401k, no sick days, no maternity leave, nothing. The communication is abysmal. If you asked a question in the company chat, you are met with either a sarcastic remark or complete silence. There is always a myriad of political nonsense in the company chat especially by the owners (FJB, thanks Joe, etc.). There is ton of talking behind employees backs, stalking them on social media (this includes their immediate and extended families and their friends/partners). A ton of guilt tripping and trying to make people feel bad for needing to take time off or even…

requesting time off requires two week notice.

What's up everyone? My first post ever. I really tried to not share my similar BS work experience mishaps. I really really try to see the good in bosses and work life. I really try. I really try. The whip was cracked yesterday. Ok ok, it was subtle, but it happened. N here is deets. So, I reminded the scheduler that I needed a day off this week. Everything is online so that everything is tracked. I couldn't put in the request because of so verbage I somewhat understood. But figured I would send a text message as a reminder so that I got the day off. Bossman brought it up to me yesterday that time off requested needs a two week notice prior. Ofcourse, I responded with a yes, got it. Thing that really gets under my skin is that when they boss needs me to come in early…

Is it okay to leave after the probation period?

So, I've joined the company and I'm currently on the probation period for the 3 months. At the beginning it was nice but the more I'm here, the more I think it may not be a place for me. I feel a bit hesitant cause, it's not seen well to leave any job after the probation period. It's just mostly to the project which is not suiting me. I don't feel like i want to invest in it? Any advice?

Screw your profit goals for the month

I don't care how much your company brings in. I'll never understand why jobs pull in people for meetings to talk about their financial goals for the month, then proceed to pay you dog shit. Like why the fuck would I care about your financial goals if you don't care about mine?

Can’t hold a job, what are my options?

Hey, I used to be a workaholic doing 120+ hour work weeks on the regular, then had a year or two long traumatic “event”. I now can’t hold a job, I’ve been through 20 this year I’m sure. I keep trying, I’m excited to work to make that money, I’m ok with the work and the people usually. I’ve tried many coping methods, therapists, and medications. Whatever happens I just get too depressed before work and don’t go, or during work I get depressed, anxious, or have a panic attack which end up to me quitting or getting fired. I’ve just given up yesterday after losing the nicest job I’ve ever been in(high pay, really nice height adjustable desks, good computers, window on a high floor beside my desk, free food, etc), and the longest I’ve held one since I got kicked out and have to live by myself and…
