Why haven’t I heard back from the places I’ve applied to yet “hiring urgently” my ass

Here’s the shit that pisses me off. Degree required. Avg. salary in the 30k range. This is for a professional position at a major university. The degree that they charge a shitload for is essentially worthless in their opinion.
