You just can’t win
I just got turned down for a jobposition. The recruiter couldn't stress enough both before the interview, during, after and whilst calling me with the rejection that I was the most qualifed person for the job. They said the interview went great, that they really liked me and there was nothing I could have done differently. They said that they really wanted to give me the job, but had to give the job to someone else, a person the recruiter knew. Now here is the kicker: In my country public workplaces are legally bound to give the job to the person best qualifed for the position. And the recruiter told me I was most qualifed. And yet that just wasn't enough. You just can't win. Even the law doesn't matter to these recruiters. So what are you going to do? I know i probably dodged a bullet there. Don't want…
Any advice is appreciated: I was injured at work and I’m worried about not receiving the level of settlement I should for the severity of my injury. I have dealt with severe depression and s*icidal ideation because of this. Workman’s compensation sent me to a doctor who doesn’t really specialize in what I need Months of PT and meds I still have chronic pain and other issues Their doctor dismissed me with what I believe to be a low PPI rating I’m going for a second opinion, hoping they can confirm that my symptoms are caused by my work injury I was offered a small settlement, and decided to reject it and wait for the second opinion. I have a lawyer; he seems to only be able to give me vague answers about whether I’ll realistically get a significantly better settlement if I wait for a second opinion. I’m not…
What is it called when an organization creates a job and just dumps everything that everyone else at the org doesn’t want to do? It is usually a ridiculous amount of work (far beyond 40 hours/week) and they write a huge job description. Is there a technical name for this?
Inflation driven by corporate greed

I don't give a fuck what any manager tells me. Break room is a 3 minute walk from my area. 3mins there 3 mins back usual microwave time of 2-3 minutes and a minute or 2 to suck down some nicotine. All in a 15 minute period impossible. You're left with 2 to 4 minutes to eat and sit. I absolutely won't piss or shit on my breaks thats something you do on company time. A manager got shitty with me about it and I just told him to fuck off. 15 minutes isn't even a long time fuck you.
STOP CONSUMING
The best way to fight corporate greed is to stop buying their stuff. Try to ride a bike and walk, stop eating Mcdonalds and fast food. Stop buying stuff you don't need. Take away their revenue and you take away their power.
