Hi everyone, early last month i filed a complaint against my female boss for bullying and sexual harassment. The outcome was they are still “investigating” the problem.. seems to me like they are trying to avoid the issue instead of addressing it and firing her. They want me to go back to work.. working with her even though i made that complaint “they cant find someone to cover” load of bs. Whats annoying me the most is my coworkers jumping on the group chat wishing her a happy birthday and talking to her as if she didnt fuck up.. So hypocritical in my opinion 🤔

I work for a tour company, part of the 5 hour tour involves stopping at a restaurant that the company manages. When I first started working, I was told that my lunch hour would be at the same time that the customers eat. I even got to eat the restaurant food! Pretty good deal right? Two weeks later I was told I am no longer allowed to eat at the restaurant and that I’ll have to bring my own food and eat separately. A little bit of a downgrade, but ok fine. Two more weeks pass and I am told that my services are needed at the restaurant! So now I go from two hours of doing the tour to one hour of kitchen work (dishes, meal prep, you name it) back to two hours of the tour with 0 break time. Very cool…

I think I might have set the alarm off at my local TESCO today somehow. Since nobody came rushing, a couple of other people who were near the entrance at the time and I went dutifully back in to be checked. The guys at the counter simply raised their heads, looked at us, and went back to whatever they were doing with clearly zero fucks to give. It was beautiful and it made me think of this sub.
