Unemployable, meaning you can't get work as someone's employee. This is a compliment that means people think you would make a crap slave. Really, just a signpost that you would be better off working for yourself.

Cause nobody cares about red lights anymore

I’ve decided I am officially done with corporate America (wishful thinking, maybe). I work in the communications/marketing field. Where can I find jobs with unions, or nonprofits? If it helps, I’m in NY. Sorry I’m a novice but I’d prefer to never work somewhere without a union ever again and unsurprisingly LinkedIn doesn’t seem to promote these jobs.

I'm curious about your thoughts. What would be the alternative to having a landlord if there aren't enough homes (e.i. NYC) would apartment buildings become condos? Or is there another solution?

I work from home, which is excellent. But I have to be on call, ready to go at a moments notice to any location up to 2 hours from home. It's exhausting, and yes, it's rare. But how am I supposed to ever “turn off” if i could be called to leave at any moment???
