So he was put on from 10pm-3am Christmas Eve and then 7am to 9pm Christmas day. When he complained, the boss said “so? You're an atheist.” Apparently he also works 50+hr weeks. He's in school. Not sure what state he's in, but it's in the US.

We have never been on a getaway such as this. Team-building exercises are canceled every time they’re planned. Our work is calculated down the to minute and if we are under 80% productivity (with a convoluted formula) we are met to discuss where our time went. Our benefits are far far below what is generally offered in this day and age (we have the minimum vacation/sick days/etc required by law.) We have multiple employees on burnout leave. And the boss is out there on his ridiculous beach adventures sending pictures every week and posting on IG, talking about how beneficial it is for team-building and productivity. It’s so ridiculous and offensive.

What's going to be the straw to break the camel's back when it comes to the gross corporate exploitation of Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z? When will we finally stick together and do something about it?

Alright for context, Im 16 and started working at a small pizza joint back in early October. I put in my application and was interviewed the same minute i put in my application. (I was interviewed outside of the building) I was accepted on the spot! I was extremely excited since i used to go to this joint ever since i was a little kid. Their pinball machine was always fun and could even win free bread if you win a certain color! Anyways, First day was actually pretty bad.
