Need your feedback for a HR workshop
Hello everyone, So tomorrow our region HR rep is coming to our subsidiary to discuss some horrendous grades in an employee survey. We will be discussing “Feedback”, or lack there of in a company or workplace. So I would like to know your own experiences regarding feedback from your direct supervisor, colleagues, or company in itself.

What does everyone do? I'm tired of what I do and I'm looking for something new. I want to make over 25.00 USD, if not more but I know that's a big ask right now, but that's what I need to be making right now. Anything that feels worth doing pays pennies, and things that make me hate myself seem to pay decent.
