Got fired today for a few “reasons” chief among them I’m sure is this as well as I don’t subscribe to their popularity contest

What’s the deal with these behavioral tests during the interview process ? I’m in field where I have a proven track record. In many ways my success speaks for itself. The interviews go great and I get to the next level. Then they make me do the behavioral tests and the interest dries up. The ones that did answer said they have specific criteria that works for them and I didn’t match it. How does anyone get hired into a diverse environment ? Of course they won’t tell me anything. Other than that they ghost me. Do they want everyone to think and act the same way?

I've been working at this job for about a year that is so unnecessarily stressful because of my coworkers/higher ups. One of the guys who's not a manager but is technically in charge of the lower workers would literally yell all the time and it's clear the manager he has had several complaints from coworkers but the bosses just excuse his behavior. Just this week I managed to get on his bad side by not allowing him to take out his anger on me and he straight up harassed me for the rest of the time I was there. I'm sure I'll have a good amount of shitty coworkers in my future now but it's so relieving knowing I'll never have to work with this particular guy again.

I did nothing special for this sample just drank some coffee and water. The urine color is in pic #2.

I started working at a MLB (Major League Baseball) ballpark. The orientation started fantastic: they had snacks for us, the Human Resources person made a great PowerPoint presentation. Then I started to feel like things were being “apatheticsplained” to us – they were just going through the motions. Imagine having to navigate a ballpark with thousands of spectators in it, doing a job that you were not trained properly for. Long story short: You must be prepared to find the answers by yourself. ​

I used to work at an elderly facility as a waiter. They released the schedule for two weeks every Friday. I am not scheduled to come in until that next Saturday or something. So Friday my phone starts blowing up and then they get mad at me for missing a shift. I explain to them that I don’t come in until Saturday and they said it was my responsibility to come in mid week and check for updates or changes or something. Ridiculous. PS. I was later accused of entering peoples rooms without authorization and taking things. I did not do that, so I resigned out of principle. I later found out that the Director was embezzling lots and lots of money. Much later, I bumped into the manager that I resigned to. I got to hold her feet to the fire about how the person that accused me was…
