I have been at my current company for 5 months, but I recently got a job offer for another tech company. I realized the current company lowballed me in terms of salary after I was doing more interviews. Besides higher salary, I am more aligned with the new company’s values, the work environment is more flexible and the team is smaller so I would be able to have my hands on more projects.
How do I tell my boss I’m leaving after such a short period of time?
