Do you guys think this is a good amount of $ per hour? If not what amount would be a fair amount? State is Florida. I am hiring people and want to make sure I offer something good enough. I rather have a thinner margin and do it well than running people to the ground. The vehicle are not cars btw.
I know this sub is very critical of working conditions and it is full of businesses exploiting workers no days. I don’t want to do that myself. At the same time I can’t run things for free so I need to make a profit. Also the responsibility of liability would fall on me and myself only.
Don’t tell me to lower the wages. After many considerations it would be affordable for me to pay that rate.
EDIT: let’s consider $120 gross per hour. Let’s call it $100 net. How much of the $100 would be fair to give to the employee.
