2nd day without pay

I live in Mexico and I’m an English teacher in a private school where we’re supposed to get paid on the days 15 and 30 of each month. Teachers go in before kiddos get back from vacay to decorate, get planners ready, and prepare everything before the school year starts. However, without informing us, our bit** of a boss has decided to give us a check list of all the stuff we’ve been asked to do, and if we don’t finish on time we’re not getting paid… which is the majority of teachers so it’s not a lazy thing, it’s more of a pressure and manipulative thing she does to get shit done which I get it, you want everything done before the kids get here but avoiding our payment while some of us have bills to pay is starting up a very upset movement in us and I’m doing…

I don’t feel good doing this kind of stuff because I don’t want to hurt her but she’s hurting us
