3/9 is the number of months out of the year I work. 3 months working and 9 months off. I make over a $120K. Really no joke. I know it sounds like a scam, but it was not easy getting here. It took years of hard work and effort.
Now Im sure you are asking yourself what kinda job pays someone enough to only work 3 months out of the year? I am a Merchant Mariner, (i.e. Marine Engineer) I work on containerships delivering all the stuff we buy from China. From iPhones to your kids onesies. we transport those boxes on the back to the U.S.
My Union is the Marine Engineers Beneficial Association. Google it we are real. Our Union was built by sailors get robbed by ship owners' over a hundred years ago. This is the power of Unions and the truth is the companies we work for are still getting rich.
