3 questions on applications I came across today

Company #1 “Can you work full-time, without interruption, and interference from other positions?” (This was a freelance job NOT salary) Company #2 “What is your sexual orientation?” They listed many options, one of which was decline to answer “What is your parents highest level of education” there were 3 options, none to decline Both of these question were required to apply. Honestly, who is in charge of this process at these companies? Can’t imagine why Company #1 can’t find any freelancers if that’s the last question they ask on their application. Got all the way through, saw that, and noped right out of that application…”are you willing to work full time, but not be hired full time, to hell with life and any other means of income?”
