300$ reimbursement

So for context, I live and work in a small town (12k population) and am employed at the lumber mill. This is a pretty huge company that has locations dotted around the US. They have just started a new promotion about mental health. They say if an employee spends up to 300$ on something that makes them happy and/or improves thier mental health, they will reimburse it on your next check. Lots of us have already put in for it regardless of weather we actually bought anything or not. They don't actually require any proof when you submit the form so people are claiming they are doing things like “taking a trip to the coast to recharge” and I'm all about it. I did plan on spending a bunch of money on clothes and shoes this week but since I'm getting reimbursed I might get a tattoo done while I'm…

The point of this post is to remind people to take everything your job offers. They make millions and won't miss if a few thousand employees get an extra 300$ once.
