3rd new boss in 5 months and now it’s got me really wanting to quit.

To start the story from the start I have to go back to the start of last year when my Original boss left we had a new manager come in and take over and she started off and in the end lasted 3 months. She ended up standing down, and went to a new job but still works at the company casually. So we had a reliving manager come in and take over and I have to be honest she wasn't that great. Now we have another new manager who has only been there 3 weeks and is already putting in more significant changes on top of what the other managers put in. To be really honest I've wanted to leave for a while now I've already done everything I need to prepare. I've done external studies, prepared resumes eg and I've even done a bit of networking. The problem I have at the moment is that no matter how much I'm prepared everyone still says I should stick it out until I get another job no matter how much I hate it.

So should I bother sticking it out?

This may help: I did go to put in a one-day leave request the other day and it was rejected by my new boss. the reason given was that I needed at least 2 weeks' notice for the leave.

Ok. 1. it was 2 weeks.

and 2. it was 1 day!

Oh and to add to that it was ok for him to demand I do their online training which I did do!

So anyway at the moment I'm kind of thinking I just leave then I will achieve the two things I want to do this year spend the whole Sumer (your winter) relaxing and actually use my certificates to get a job somewhere else
