I posted a while ago on r/resumes and was completely ignored! I don't know where else to ask for help!
I'm applying for the most basic jobs imaginable, like toilet scrubber at McDonald's.
I've rewritten my resume several times. I've gotten entry level certifications like Food Safety and Cleaning chemicals safety. I have previous experience. I use ATS optimizers to make my resume as perfect as humanly/ Computerly possible. I check for errors.
I am a bit awkward, despite buying several books on body language and human interaction. I'm far from being a greasy neckbeard. It's not my fault I was cursed with Autism! I thought ANYONE could get hired at Walmart or McDonald's???
What am I doing wrong? Please help!
