Question, my former employer apparently needs to update my information for MOA who ran the retirement accounts. Do I expect anyone at my former place of employment to respond? No. I would like this information to be updated to I can liquidate that account. Net returns equals -17 percent. Is there anyway I can get them to do it? I've sent off an email so we'll wait and see but I don't expect them to assist me in this simple manner.
