So I am in the process of getting a new job and my contract says I need to give a 45 business day notice. Would it be unreasonable to give them 30 days and offer to work on the weekends? I’m afraid they will report me to a higher board if I do a 30 business day notice rather than the unreasonable 45 business day notice they require. I’ve already lost other job opportunities due to this super long required termination notice. Any advice would be appreciated.
