I worked as a contractor for some big events in my city 4 weeks ago. They told us our pay checks would be sent out 3/26/2022. I have not received my paycheck. I called them and they told me it would be sent out on 4/9/2022. It has been a week and I have not received my check. On further investigation I came across some reviews of the company that stated some other employs checks has been delayed. The company claims they have the power to decrease the hours you all ready worked to minimum wage because of the contract you sighed as a contracted worker. Can they really do that? What can I do about my pay check?
