Quit my job at the beginning of the month due to it incredibly toxic and stressful work environment (I was having panic attacks almost daily). But, I say to all the businesses and employers complaining about not being able to find workers, I've dropped 50+ applications, and gotten exactly 1 call and interview. hoping it works out, because I've no idea how I'm paying bills next month. Don't complain about being understaffed if you don't bother calling the people who apply for work.
