End of year raise is 5-8% different than the rest of my team

I work for a large financial institution that is currently leading the way in eliminating overdraft fees. We have had a very successful couple of years despite the pandemic. I still am not using my right hand normally; most of my right thumb is gone. The rest of my team got higher raises. I will admit I was significantly slower in 2021 because of the tumor, but in 2020 I won awards because I exceeded metrics. And, in 2020, they only gave me a yearly raise of $748. So, I’ve been snubbed for two years, it feels like. Any advice? Should I look for another job or ask for a higher raise?
