I get many job offers paying 90k a year.
I rly like my boss and my job but the pay is 67k or 74 since they're financing half my degree.
Now, i have told him that i am tempted to leave.
The real reason I've been looking to leave is my misogynistic colleague who treats me like shit even if all hell breaks loose once i go.
He has offered me a 7k raise and next year another 6k on top giving me 80 next year since I'll write my masterthesis next year the 7 extra k from education will no longer be expenses for them. I said ok.
However ass co worker drew my last straw today.
I wanna leave anyway – i wish i could just quit and disappear into a thousand bats like dracula. Why is work so important and gives me anxiety when if it were the other way round I'd just be shat out like hot diarrhea?
What would u do? Would u leave?
Is it rly all about the money after all?
