This is coming from a place of frustration with non tech-savvy higher ups. I’ve basically had to train my manager how to navigate Excel and Outlook or take on projects that they’re too slow at because they’re not efficient with computers.
I understand that it’s difficult for older people to get the hang of it. But at some point you have to make an effort to understand how computers work rather than rely on others to do things for you.
If we’re having to take time to train leadership or literally do managers work then we should be compensated as such.
