I had a few days off because I was sick and yesterday, my coworker who is the main boss-buttlicker went to my pc and read my private chats and because my underpaid job is awful, me and some other coworkers often bitch about our awful treatment on our job and the buttlicking employees. And now this sniffy bitch read all that and probably told my boss about my bitching. I already planned to quit my job, but careful what you wish for, they might as well do me a favor.
My question is, can my employer sue me or something for that? I don't know, maybe they could be trippin and tell me that I am turning the employees again the employers or something like that?
