So, on Wednesday my mother was taken to the hospital she passed out suddenly and hit her head. I was at the hospital all night and all day Thursday.
I missed a shift on Thursday where we were supposed to be in production, and of course I am the only one that knows 100 percent how to run our machines. To make up for the day I was off everyone in our department has to come in on our day off, Saturday, to wrap up production. All because my boss, in over a year running our department hasn't learned how to run our equipment.
It's so god-damned infuriating that he can't be bothered to learn this shit and has to up end not just my life but everyone else in the departments on a holiday weekend.
It's not the first time he has pushed back production because I was out, and it's maddening that he just thinks it's fine to keep doing this shit.
