My library director is quitting because the board told her that her job isn't that hard and she's easily replaceable (Sure, go ahead and pick someone off the street that has a Masters in library science – Oh and even if they do find someone, they're gonna want to work for only 25k a year? With a Masters? Ok.) They treat her like crap regularly, and don't even do anything they're supposed to do to help the library they just dump it all on her. They're gonna fuck around and find out. I'm extremely sad she's leaving but proud of her.
