Hi everyone! So I currently work a pretty aggressive sales job, which I actually don’t mind that much(obv would rather not work tho), except for the fact we are short staffed. We have 2 full timers (my boss and I) and 2 part timers and one of them is leaving soon but my boss has no idea. My boss already works four or five 10hr shifts a week and that means I’d be the next one to pick up the slack… I really don’t want to be put in that position as I’m already getting burnt out.
So should I warn my boss and hope that he will hire some more people or should I suck it up and pray my coworker puts in 2 weeks instead of just leaving? I’m freaking out inside about it.
