So, I joined this company in March 22, was sold a dream and within a matter of weeks saw how much this dream was a nightmare.
Family issues, staff issues, I won’t go on.
But! I have today had enough of the “silly girl” BS they keep pushing on me (I’m an office manager, with 10+ years of payroll experience and I’m a member of the CIPP), plus other things, and I’m done being pushed down.
So, I need help.
The director is fairly IT savvy, and I want to be able to use a browser without them seeing it through their domain.
Incognito won’t cut it, and it needs to run parallel to my usual Windows OS, so can’t be portable linux.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
They’ve been told I don’t feel appreciated, and happy to provide my resignation. I have got a secondary job I can work more hours on for a time, but don’t really want to.
