He is lazy. He sits in his truck playing games while we do the work.
He was supposed to train a new foreman up and it’s been 6 months. Could have had multiple foreman by now probably if he applied himself.
Oh well. Everyone is quitting. I’m not quitting yet even though I skipped work and told him off. I enjoy watching this guy squirm as I call out his bs in front of the remaining workers. I could whoop his ass too, I go to the gym everyday and play basketball at 36 y/o and this scrawny lad at 27 can’t even do a pullup, at least I doubt he could.
Metal siding and Roofing for a family owned company is not an easy job but it does have its benefits, one of them being I can’t get fired even if I mouth off and don’t show up for work. Never had this kind of issue at other company’s before, but poor leadership is poor leadership. I wish things were better at this company, but I’ll stick around till I find something better.
Probably going to enjoy that awkward moment tomorrow morning the most as he pretends nothing happened and we go about our day as usual. He will glare at me but he will say nothing. Has no balls and deep down he knows he’s a lazy sack of useless turds.
