desperately need advice (burned out kid)

For context, I had been a co-op student at a wildlife rescue centre during the school year, working 3 hours a day, 5 days a week to get my 200 hours of credit. Around May, I got hired at a fast food place. This was tolerable, as I only worked maybe 4 shifts a week (at the most) after school ranging from 4-6 hours. For my first job ever, that's not bad. Then I applied for the 8 week long summer job at the wildlife rescue centre and got hired. I work 5 days a week there, but now the hours are upped to 7.5, averaging out to 35 hours a week. I have two days off, and those are the days I work at my other job. I work around 40 hours a week between two jobs, and since my bike is my only source of transportation, I spend…

I work around 40 hours a week between two jobs, and since my bike is my only source of transportation, I spend around 3 hours a day biking to and from. Sometimes I get scheduled in on my days off, and those days I dedicate 15-18 hours to work, only to come home and sleep.

I feel like a bear in a zoo enclosure.

I feel so ashamed to admit that I can't handle this, and that I'm slipping into old bad behaviors because of it. Especially since most of my coworkers are holding down 2 jobs and (from an outsiders perspective ofc) doing just fine.

I don't want to burn out, or quit a job, or relapse entirely and ruin my progress. It's my first job(s) ever, and I'm worried I've taken on too much.

Does anyone have advice on how to avoid stress/burnout/etc and how to just… Get through the summer without fucking killing myself over it,,
