Don’t say “15 dollars an hour” if you’re really paying 10 with a “bonus”

So I’m on the hunt for a better job before my leave from my current job is up, why interviewing and figuring stuff out this week, I came across a post on a local Facebook group where they were looking for people to help clean up the fair, just a temporary job and I can use the money, it also said “15 dollars an hour” so that’s a plus. I contacted them and they finally got back to me and why on the phone with this older guy he told me it was “10 dollars an hour, but if you have perfect attendance and don’t break our rules you’ll get a bonus” sorry what? This guy said it was 600 for the whole week on the post, not this janky mess. Also this isn’t the only time I’ve seen this, why scrolling indeed a lot of jobs are “up to…

Also this isn’t the only time I’ve seen this, why scrolling indeed a lot of jobs are “up to 20 dollars an hour” like stfu, stop trying to mislead people.
