Your self, your physical body, your life, your family and your responsibilities are your Business. And we should run them like a business. We have life goals, financial goals, etc. . When you work for a company you sign a contract to represent them and give them your time and labor in exchange for payment. But you also represent yourself, and we should be vocal and honest with the expectations we have from our employer to meet OUR goals in life.
Stop giving loyalty to businesses and management who disrespect YOUR business. Protect yourself and hold true to what you need financially, and thru commitments with your labor and time.
Demand more. Expect more. Don't let them intimidate you. Properly represent yourself and what you need.
