How do companies expect applicants to attend upwards of 3 in person interviews all while having a full time job. I just got off the initial phone screening with a recruiter. We discussed the next step which is another phone screening with her boss, then an interview with the VP, then an interview with a current account executive, then an interview where I would shadow someone in their first 6 months. How the hell do these people expect anyone to take off work 3 separate times just so they can get hired. Multiply this by the dozens of companies I have applied for and it’s completely undoable. Stop making application processes a stamina test, it shows poor company principles that they don’t value your time.
