Hi guys
I've had technical (IT) jobs my entire life.
I've decided that in order to advance in my career I needed some people management experience too.
I got a nice manager offer and now i am afraid to accept it.
I am afraid I might not like it but on the other hand I kind of need the experience…
Is it worth? Should i just stick with what i know?
How do i decide?
