I work in the medical field doing back office and I do a lot at my job like at least 3 different jobs in one,from having to communicate with therapist all day,making schedules,doing prior auth (which are hell) ,making calls to parents (it’s pediatric office). For only $15 and over 11 years of medical experience I believe I deserve so much more. My last job was $21 but it was call center and burning me out fast. I took this one to be off the phones but expecting at at least be making idk 16.50-17?. Ohh and we’re forced to work in office from home even though we have the equipment and our jobs can be done wfh but they refuse to even after 2 Covid cases in a small office of 7 people?. Honestly don’t know to keep it pushing and deal or leave.
