As the title says, my boss hasn't said anything about my resignation letter yet. I handed the letter to him personally, and the second-in-command was sat next to him. This was Monday. They said they had to 'process it and they'll get back to me'.
I'm not sure why they're dragging their feet. They know my end date I start my new job soon regardless if I speak to them or not. I've never had to wait more than a day to get some kind of response for a resignation. Anyone know what they could be doing?
