I woke up today feeling ill and having work on the late shift. I'm stuck as a temporary until hired and so I do not even know if I have pto or sick time ect. I literally called in begging to not get fired and that I need this day off. Even me a right winger can see how pathetic we as a society have been broken to by the post capitalist market where I actually have to beg not to get fired when my body is literally feeling like crap. I even tried to justify on the phone to my employer that I like the job and that I'm going to the doctor.
