Was written up today. Sadly, I feel like I shouldn't post this as I'm sure one or both of my supervisors likely frequent this group…anyway, trumped up charges were placed upon me. I'm so ready to walk out…and after less than a year at this company. Thinking I could finally do myself some good and start the career I've worked for so long to get into… it's deflating. The bad part is, people in this company want you to do things how THEY want you to do them…someone who isn't even my direct supervisor or a supervisor period…gets into how I handle my business and then reports what she finds to MY superior. I ask for UNPAID time off and it's denied bc I'm supposed to use vacation time…of which I have none as I'm not at 1 yr yet. Idk…ugh
