I've seen a lot of posts about how a workplace starts doing shitty things to the employees to make people quit so they don't have to pay unemployment.
Don't give them the satisfaction of that. First try and get collective bargaining rights through unionizing with your fellow workers. If you already planned on quitting, the worst that'll happen is they'll fire you for trying to organize a union. Which isn't a valid reason for termination, which will give you cause to argue for unemployment benefits payout.
Power through collective bargaining.
