Left my new job due to personal circumstances, I had to look for another job to spend time with my family as I was getting depressed and anxious for not being able to meet the kids, the manager was swearing at me when I informed him and they were refusing to pay me because somehow my training wasn't over despite technically burning myself out doing most of the job in my department for one month, tried to force me to sign the contract otherwise I wouldn't get paid…and I didn't….
he's probably gonna lose millions of bucks due to me as it's an outsourcing company and I was the only one who knew most of the job in regards to the client we were working for…aaaand I live in a shithole which is full of corruption so I assume he's gonna try to take revenge via politicians and powerful people to make my life a hell as well as that of my family but its either that or I try my luck
His problem isn't my problem, he was speaking with me as if I owed him something…plus the swearings oh gosh…idk how to feel atm, on one hand im relieved I can be with my family again, on the other hand I fear for our safety and future coz the manager is quite an influential person
