I have 60 hours of vacation balance that I have earned. The company recently relocated its headquarters from California to, lets just say a Republican state, which generally have a disregard for workers rights. They now do not pay out the balances. I put in my two weeks notice already. I do not need this company for a reference. What would you do? Quit instantly? Half ass it until the end?
