So my good friend and coworker informed me that someone above us put in the work to have me laid off and which went up to the CEO and he ok'd it. Even after I had a glowing review by my peers no less. I was supposed to be let go tomorrow, friday July 8th. Turns out HR cant get their act together and now my sacking is going to be pushed out. The person who wants me gone wont do the firing, my boss wont do the firing. My coworker is being told to handle it with HR. Good times.
