The workers at REI in SOHO New York are unionizing and facing a union busting campaign by the owners and management.
A petition has been started to let REI know that's is disrespect for it's workers organization is seen by the people of our country and is noted as representative of their workplace practices.
I hope some of you may be interested in showing solidarity with these workers in their attempts to improve conditions in their workplace.
I know union discussion isn't explicitly “anti-work” but I firmly believe democratizing workplaces is a step towards societal abolition of work and we should always support and stand by the workers of a shop in their fight against the company.
