How should I handle this? ← I have a suspicion that my employer might soon attempt to curtail discussion of wages as a matter of so called “culture” if not official policy. What can I show my coworkers to straightforwardly explain their labor rights to them? Should I approach management about it or keep it amongst employees? → ALL candidates that applied are required to do a one hour “virtual skills test” on zoom.
