With how the market is keeping us on our toes, I'm tired of this shit man. I'm exhausted. My boss and coworkers are amazing, but without enough volume to make the monthly bonuses this job isn't worth the shit we deal with anymore. I only took this job for the money and now I'm having trouble finding opportunities outside of the industry because mortgage is such a specific set of skills. Anyone else feel me?
